A Wine Blogger, who doesn't drink? In Bordeaux, France?
That's me. William Cooke. And I am not unaware of the irony. I'm a WSET certified wine lover, who stopped drinking and sadly had a long break with nothing to be enthusiastic about in the wine world. But the explosion of high-quality non-alcoholic wines means I finally have something to write about again.
The Mission
ReWined is dedicated to exploring and showcasing the best in non-alcoholic wines. The aim is to educate and inspire our readers by providing honest reviews, pairing suggestions, and insights into the evolving landscape of alcohol-free wine culture. As a burgeoning industry, I am aware that non-alcoholic wine is something that needs the support of enthusiasts to continue to exist. And that's why this project is important to me.
The Values
I want this to be a platform that values authenticity, inclusivity, and education. The content is crafted to reflect genuine experiences and to support those who love wine but don't want the alcohol to make choices that suit them. There are many reasons to choose non-alcoholic wine, I am not here to judge, only to improve access to modern options.
